WITHDRAWAL POLICY
DN8 Supplements

§1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature.

(2) The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

(3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify DN8 Supplements of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear, unambiguous statement submitted in text form (e.g. by email to: info@dn8.store).

(4) The withdrawal period is deemed met if the notification is dispatched before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

§2 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

(1) The right of withdrawal shall be excluded for contracts relating to the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been removed after delivery.

(2) The products offered by DN8 Supplements constitute food products and dietary supplements delivered in sealed packaging.

(3) Upon removal, damage, or compromise of the seal by the consumer, the right of withdrawal shall irrevocably lapse.

(4) Opened, unsealed, or partially consumed products are expressly excluded from return under statutory withdrawal provisions.

§3 Subscription Agreements

(1) Certain products are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time without minimum term or notice period, effective from the next scheduled delivery cycle.

(2) The statutory right of withdrawal shall apply to the initial subscription order only, subject to the seal exclusion provisions of §2.

(3) Subsequent recurring deliveries under an active subscription shall be treated as individual purchase transactions. Once processed and dispatched, such deliveries shall not be subject to withdrawal.

(4) Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the consumer to a refund of any delivery already processed or dispatched at the time of cancellation.

§4 Voluntary 30-Day Lock-In Guarantee

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, DN8 offers a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee ("Lock-In Guarantee").

If DN8 does not deliver the focus you expected, contact us at info@dn8.store within 30 days of delivery. Under this guarantee:

— The product may be returned even if opened, provided that more than 50% of the original quantity remains in the pouch.
— The original pouch and outer packaging (box) must be returned undamaged and in a condition that allows us to assess the contents.
— Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
— Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
— The guarantee applies to the first purchase per customer per product line only.
— If you are a subscription customer and claim the Lock-In Guarantee on your first delivery, your subscription will be automatically cancelled, with no further deliveries or charges.
— It does not apply to recurring subscription deliveries beyond the initial order, or to products obtained for commercial or resale purposes.

This guarantee is a voluntary goodwill commitment and does not affect your statutory rights.

§5 Consequences of Withdrawal or Guarantee Claim

(1) Where a valid withdrawal or guarantee claim is accepted, reimbursement shall be processed within fourteen (14) days of DN8 Supplements receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition.

(2) Reimbursement shall be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

(3) Return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

(4) DN8 Supplements reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until returned goods have been received and inspected.

§6 Exclusions from Refund

Refunds shall not be granted in the following cases:

— Opened, unsealed, or partially consumed products under statutory withdrawal law. (This exclusion applies to the statutory right of withdrawal only and does not affect the separate Voluntary Lock-In Guarantee.)

— Recurring subscription deliveries already processed and dispatched.

— Products damaged, misused, or consumed contrary to product instructions.

— Requests submitted outside the applicable withdrawal or guarantee period.

§7 Integration

This Withdrawal Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of DN8 Supplements and shall be read in conjunction therewith.
